A 450sqm executive office suite for a regional financial services firm. The design brief demanded an environment that projected authority and sophistication to clients while remaining a genuinely productive and comfortable place for the team to work. We created distinct zones — a formal client reception, collaborative open-plan work areas, and private executive offices.
Balancing the dual audience of the space: high-net-worth clients who needed to feel confident, and staff who needed an ergonomic, energising daily environment. The acoustic strategy was also complex, requiring sound zoning between the open floor and the private meeting rooms.
The firm reported a measurable increase in client conversion following the move, attributing it partly to the professionalism the space projects. Staff satisfaction scores in quarterly reviews improved significantly in the first cycle after the fit-out.
