Welcome to MN Design Studio. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

MN Design Studio provides interior design, design and build, 3D visualization, space planning, and related consultancy services. The scope, timeline, and fees for any project are agreed upon in a separate written agreement or proposal.

2. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, renders, mood boards, and other creative work produced by MN Design Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of approved final designs transfers to the client for their specific project use.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about their space, budget, and requirements
Providing timely feedback and approvals at agreed-upon project milestones
Ensuring safe and reasonable access to the project site when required

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. MN Design Studio reserves the right to pause or suspend work on any project where payments are overdue.

5. Revisions and Changes

Each project proposal specifies the number of included revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond those included will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Significant changes to the project scope after approval may require a revised proposal.

6. Limitation of Liability

MN Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client project information as confidential and will not share details of your project without your express permission, except where required by law.

8. Photography and Portfolio Use

MN Design Studio reserves the right to photograph and document completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and publication purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project completion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify clients of any material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website.
