A complete transformation of a 3-bedroom apartment in Kilimani. The brief was to create a living space that felt open, airy, and distinctly contemporary while retaining warmth and comfort. We stripped back the existing palette and rebuilt the room around a foundation of warm neutrals, natural textures, and carefully considered lighting.
The apartment had low ceilings and limited natural light. Every design decision — from the pale linen upholstery to the strategically placed mirrors and warm-toned lighting — was made to visually expand and brighten the space without a single structural change.
The client described walking into the finished room as "stepping into a completely different city." Floor-to-ceiling curtains elongate the walls, a custom low-profile sofa anchors the space, and bespoke joinery provides generous storage while keeping the aesthetic clean.
